IGM Web, S.L. was established in the year 2000,
having inherited know-how in electronic commerce and online
payment processing, driven by a clear, compelling vision to
specialize in what was at that time an embryonic industry
sector, leisure and tourism.
The last 6 years have been ones of constant
reinvestment in order to come up with products that are competitive
worldwide, synthesizing the most innovative technologies,
endorsed by the customers themselves and guaranteeing their
success.
Our objectives are to:

based on the latest generation of TECHNOLOGY
for more competitive marketing of tourism and leisure goods
and services.
Use OPEN technology that is
tried and tested by a growing number of the sector's operators
without the additional costs entailed by special interfaces,
"black boxes", partial integrations or intermediated
integration systems with sell-by dates.
Sustain a clear commitment to be the technological
PARTNER of our customers. Our business is software.
Therefore our customers benefit from the synergies (Synergy)
stemming from our broad range of relationships, with no restrictions.
In exchange, the various operators view us as energizers,
not obstacles.
For that, at IGM is staffed with a team of
highly dedicated technologically geared and service oriented
professionals. To create, innovate, develop, set up, work
and support this type of product, one must stay on top of
innovations in technology. To achieve this IGM has pursued
and kept close ties with the University of Girona, which,
among other fields, leads in Tourism (it is not coincidental
that Girona's interest in this sector goes back a long way).
In fact our head office will relocate to the University of
Girona's technological park in 2007. IGM not only cooperates
with the university in the human resources field but also
works together with research groups on projects related to
tourism as well as other fields and in addition maintains
a very close relationship with the university's Technological
Trampoline.
From July 2006 we have incorporated the synergies
and know-how of Europe's second and the world's fourth-largest
hotel group, Hotusa Group which, given its
scale, will strengthen IGM's capacity and resources to further
raise the standards of quality and performance of its products
in addition expanding their range. This will also allow IGM
to internationalize the marketing of its products. This naturally
allows IGM to take a meaningful step towards the future, to
the benefit of our customers. |
