Synergy Event, a multi-sector
solution for the management and sale of tickets, season passes
and ticket packs for all sorts of events. The system allows
for the definition of venues, areas, sections and events,
as well as the sale, payment and delivery of the passes or
tickets, including self-printing by the customers. Practically
all of the clubs that make up the ACB (Spanish basketball
clubs association) are clients of this innovative system.
Synergy Hotel, whose current
version implements OTA (Open Travel Alliance) protocol in
native mode, allows its customers to receive and make hotel
bookings, flight reservations, car rentals or process loyalty
program transactions among other operations, automatically
and remotely without manual intervention. The company currently
counts over 700 hotels as customers and through its sales
force is beginning to expand into international markets.
