Here is described in a more technical and detailed way the advantages

Half on-line booking software:
1.- The customer chooses the product of
his or her interest. Then he fulfills a form with his or her personal
data and the characteristics of the product he wants, in order to let
the agency know what the customer really needs.
2.- The company receives the customer's request,
the customer receives an e-mail with all the data of his request.
3.- The company has received all facts sent
by the customer, analyses and studies them and then elaborates a budget.
4.- Once the budget is done using the received
data, the customer gets it. This part of the procedure allows you to value
the concepts: hanging upon payment, sent or paid. In this case the budget
is already sent and hanging upon payment. We would like to make clear
the fact that if a customer should not answer in any way or pay within
ten days after requesting the budget, it will be automatically cancelled.
5.- Once the customer has received the budget,
he or she may choose between some options:
*Pay it.
*Leave it hanging upon payment.
*Cancel it due to disagreement.
6.- If the costumer decides to go ahead and
pay the budget, the company will quote all the conditions of the contract.
